I don't know how to use it well, I don't really know the true point, but that has not stopped me from falling in love with Twitter. I think it helps you stay in touch with people and helps you meet new great people.
Twitter for a writer is very great. It will help you understand the writing world and know what people are looking for. SO if you don't have a twitter, get one. oh and follow me. ;)
